Wlademir Gomes
Partner
With over 30 years of experience, Wlademir is an experienced consultant and founding partner of Insignia Partners, leading strategic consulting projects and transformation programs.
He spent 20 years at Bain & Company, where he was the leading partner for the Consumer Goods practice, with a relevant role also in Retail. Wlademir began his career at Accenture, where he worked for 4 years. He has a long history of investing in start-ups, with investments in food, energy, and healthcare.
Wlademir holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Mauá School of Engineering.
Fernando
Heil Lutiis
Partner, North America
With over 25 years of experience in management consulting, Fernando has a global track record with a focus on agribusiness and forestry products, large-scale infrastructure, environmental sustainability, and animal protein.
He built his career at Bain & Company, where he was a partner for more than a decade, leading engagements in corporate and business strategy, market entry, M&A, performance improvement, and post-merger integration, advising companies and institutional investors across multiple geographies.
Fernando holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Marcelo Getlinger
Partner
With over 25 years of experience in consulting and in corporate, Marcelo has extensive expertise in transformation and performance improvement, with a particular focus on the agribusiness sector.
Marcelo built a successful 17-year career in consulting at Bain & Company, McKinsey, and Hatch, before joining Insignia Partners, where he leads major transformation programs across various sectors, including sugar and ethanol, pulp and paper, mining, and energy.
Marcelo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mauá School of Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.
Ricardo Albertin
Partner, North America
With over 20 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, Ricardo has worked across sectors such as financial services and insurance, retail, and industrial goods, supporting companies and executives in critical transformation and performance challenges.
He built his career in management consulting, with experience at Bain & Company and Gradus Management Consultants, advising CEOs and C-level leaders on turnaround initiatives, growth strategy, and operating model transformation.
Ricardo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
Luiz Fruet

With 21 years of exeperience in consulting and corporate, Luiz worked 12 years at Ambev and 8 at consulting firms like Deloitte and Alvarez & Marsal. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UPE, a Law degree from UFPE, and an Executive MBA from Insper.
